Cash on delivery is the simplest way to order from us: nothing is charged online, and you pay when the order is in your hands.

How do I pay for my order?
You pay the courier in cash when the order reaches you. There is nothing to pay online and no card details to enter. The amount is the total shown at checkout, the toys plus delivery. $5 flat delivery across Lebanon. The total is also on your confirmation page, next to your order reference, so you know the exact figure before the courier arrives.
Can I pay by card?
No. Every order is paid in cash to the courier when it reaches you, and nothing about your order asks for card details. If you have a question about paying, message us on WhatsApp at +961 79 30 81 41.
Do I pay anything before delivery?
No. With cash on delivery, placing the order charges nothing. Toy Gate contacts you on the number you give at checkout to confirm the delivery. You pay only when the courier hands the order over, and the delivery fee is part of that same total, not a separate payment. If your plans change before then, message us on WhatsApp at +961 79 30 81 41 with your order reference.
Is the delivery fee included in what I pay the courier?
Yes. The courier collects one amount, the toys plus delivery, exactly as shown at checkout and on your confirmation page. $5 flat delivery across Lebanon. The fee is the same wherever the order is going and however many toys are in it.
